Rights and obligations

What you may expect:

  • Fast and reliable pickup.
  • Transport to target destination with shortest path, unless you wish other.
  • Kind and helpfull taxi driver with all licences.
  • Clean car in proper condition with all lincense fees payed.
  • Loading cargo into car, securing it against damage and unloading cargo from car.

Please consider following suggestions:

  • If its possible, please do not use banknotes with value larger than 2000 CZK.
  • You are obliged to fasten your seatbelts during transport.
  • Transporting persons in cargo area is prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited in CityTaxi Cargo cars during transport.
  • City taxi s.r.o. offers only transport from address to address, prices for moving the cargo or manipulation must be arranged with driver before the work will begin.
  • Only selected drivers are physically able to perform heavy moving, please inform about your request dispatcher upon order.
